Conditions for obtaining service


-There must be no customs declaration for the goods whose documents' validity and authenticity are to be verified, except for transactions transferred to the unit by the senior management

Procedures

1.    Fill out the verification application, and attach the documents to be verified.
2.    Payment of fees at the organization's fund.

3.    The unit shall contact the concerned authorities to conclude a resolution regarding the documents to be verified.

4.    The applicant is handed an official letter regarding the verification result.
